Simple to use. I’ve taken a decade of experience assembling all the costs and the mitigating factors that affect costs, to generate the ultimate real estate calculator. Simply click the link.
- If you’re Selling, start there. Enter what you think your property will sell for; Automatically the Transactionator will provide you with a quick, simple estimated net Seller’s revenue. That’s what “You Get”.
- Next is the Buy. Enter how much your next property will cost in the next tab. The Transactionator will provide a quick Buyer’s gross purchasing cost, or what “It Will Cost”.
- The Transactionator will automatically suggest the surplus from your sale towards your buying calculation. Use all of it or just some of it.
- Scroll down and see all the different factors that went into the calculation. Tinker: Click on any of these costs to edit and find out more.
- If you want to come back to your work, input your email address and the Transactionator will send you a link so you can return an edit if circumstances change.
